Screen shifting direction uncontrollably

When playing the game, the screen appears to flash quickly then turn itself in a random direction very fast, this makes the game impossible to play and enjoy. I have tried deleting Minecraft and re-downloading it as well as turning several options off and cannot seem to find a fix.
