1.7.1 worlds(win 10) cannot be opened in 1.7.0(iphone/ipad)

1.7.1 is an update for only windows 10 and Xbox one, so 1.7.0 worlds should  work and import worlds from this version, I can download the pack on win 10 so there is nothing wrong with the world, my device has lots of free storage so it can only be a game bug.
