The tip of pillager's/piglin's crossbow doesn't aim properly at a target

When pillager is exactly looking at you, it holds it incorrectly and it doesn't aiming you. When it's recharging crossbow it's move doesnt match crossbow rope's move. Pillagers hands doesnt touch crossbow.
