Crashing and i die when loading my saved game

why do i keep getting the message "you died" when i reload my saved game, i keep making a copy of my game before i do any work, just incase i die and loose my XP, but even the copy tells me i died sometimes , i play in Peaceful mode in survival, because i want to get Achievements for my Xbox account.

but i am getting sick of dying for no reason i have played minecraft for years on Xbox360 , then Xbox1 and now on Andtroid , and for somtime now i have played on My Laptop, so you can see i love Minecraft "i am addicted. Lol ", i created a free realm on my Xbox1 so that i could carry on my world on my laptop,then i joined the Beta Program, but because i cant revert to the non beta world im stuck with the constant dying, is there a way i can load my Saved / Exported worlds to the standard version if i leqve the Beta Program on my laptop
