the game (no switch) just breaks

here's a link to what I'm talking about https://twitter.com/i/status/1067536242055598080 it also takes place in the nether haven't done any testing in the end. it often occurs after the use of a elytra with fireworks or a riptide (1-3) trident. Also, chunks will not load, you can't open your inventory, chest or sulker shells and blocks that you place down go invisible.
