Blaze glitch not fixed yet! - One-hit instant kill player

So, I know this was a glitch many months ago, and I thought it would be patched by now...  But, I can confirm it still has not been patched!  It has happened multiple times over the past few days!

The Glitch:  A blaze hits a player (not sure with fireball or melee) and instant-kills them!
