It wont let anyone change their skin on many devises:tablet,Phone,Computer etc...

If i try to change my skin to something else it comes up with the one im already currently using.

Ive tried on different devices but still it wont let me change it. So i would that to be fixed in the next update for ALL devices. Tnx
