Pillagers not spawning in my worlds

Hello,

After duplicating my world(with and without experimental features) I see no Pillagers spawning naturally. I have created multiple worlds and still see no Pillagers. Pillager eggs don't work if experimental features are disabled. I have also tried reinstalling the game, but the results are the same.
