Breaking top of door drops two doors

If you were to break at least an oak door, your character will pick up two more doors in its place. This issue affects both player placed Oak doors and previously generated doors in places such as villages. I noticed this after accidentally breaking my door from the top, I tested placing and breaking a door to replicate it and It worked.
