When any type of stained glass pane is placed on a beacon, it becomes invisible

When you place any colored stained glass pane onto a beacon the glass becomes invisible but the color still shows on the beacon.

Note: you can still break the glass pane, you just have to know where it is.

How to reproduce:

1. Make a beacon
2. Place any colored stained glass pane on to the bottom (or anywhere)
3. Notice that the color shows on the beacon but that glass is not seen.
