Trutle drop bowl when death

When i kill a Turtle it drop a bowl when it die even when i disable "Mob Loot" it still drop it. Is it a bug or a exclusive feature i don't know but can you fix it.

 

Step To Reproduce:

Step One: Spawn a Turtle.

Step Two: Kill a Turtle.

Step Three: Then you see the bowl on the ground even when Mob Loot is disable.
