Users with restricted profiles can't browse for custom skins

When playing MCPE under some restricted profile user it is impossible to browse for custom skins. When clicking the "choose new skin" button nothing happens.

When playing under the "main user" on the same tablet MCPE opens some search dialog after clicking the "choose new skin" button.

This problem does not exists on an older Samsung Galaxy Tab E running Android 4.4.4 that has the same version 1.7.0 of MCPE installed.
