Others cannot see my messages on Minecraft Servers partnered with Minecraft.

When I am I need a Minecraft Server that isn't paretnered with Minecraft others cannot see my messages. I can see my messages but on others screens they don't see what I said. This is not a Microsoft’s problem because I can successfully send messages, it’s just others can’t see them.
