lag at in sea biome

thank you for improvement performance in low device phone.

but i have a strange lag 
where when I go to the ocean biome I get an incredible lagthis happened to all oceans so it disturbed my experience playing Minecraft.
 i done try lowest setting but didnt work

please fix this lag thanks
