Global Resources Reset, Resources Failed to Load Previously

Summary

This error mostly appears when the game opened after the game crashes or force-quit from the game using the ALT+F4 keyboard combination. My resource packs or behavior packs stay active but they don't applied. So I need to refresh my packs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the game.
2. Close the game during opening.
3. Reopen the game, wait until the menu screen appears.

Observed Results:

Resource packs or behavior packs of player stay active but they don't applied. Player needs to refresh them.

Excepted Results:

Resource packs or behavior packs of player still stay active and they applied.

 

Original Description:

We had no problem support until recently. Every second time we open MCPE, we see a global resources error (screenshot attached). We also cannot change skins - each time we click the hanger the skin window opens then MCPE crashes. I am not sure if these 2 issues are related but would like to see fixed
