My minecoins purchase (A world) says its downloading but it doesnt. Won't load.

So I bought a world in the minecraft store for 660 minecoins and I can see the purchase in my packs area but it constantly says its downloading. It been happening for 5 days now. My wifi is perfectly fine. I bought a world called World of go karts by Project MoonBoot
