CANNOT CONNECT TO FRIENDS WORLD PLEASE HELP!!

Can you please Help Me I have bought this game for the third time and now its still not even working properly with how long its been out and how this is a bug still is ridiculous.... I cant not connect to any of my friends worlds new or old andwe've tried on other accounts and xboxs and reset my modem and tried everything I could do from my end.. So i know its from your end so please fix it! My Gamertag "I Pwn All 69" trying to connect to my friend "Mwagnerr"
