Firework particles constantly and the effect of fireworks always happening

I was messing around with an old type World and went on the invisible wall past 125 (I think)

blocks high and summoned a firework. Now if I fly using an elytra near it, it is like I am constantly using a firework. I fly quickly using an elytra and I walk with firework particles until I am far enough for it to despawn. It's not that big but it is a bug.
