Trapped Chest Stays open after /tp command in co-op

This only happens when playing a map in co-op. Using a trapped chest over a command block that teleports a player very far away.

Test this with two people in the game "Chronicles of Clo"

/tp -322 72 23

The trapped chest teleports the player to [4148, 88, 6]

After the first person teleports the chest stays open and unusable. This makes it impossible for a second player to open the trapped chest and also be teleported.
