Redstone current is sporadic on Switch

Redstone current activated with a lever, with multiple repeaters will repeatedly stop and resume, even while standing next to redstone current.

The issue is reproduced the longer you stay in between the ocean and a coral reef while playing single player (non-realm) survival mode.
