Beacon effects turn on and off on their own on Switch

Beacon effects timers stop refreshing, and won't start refreshing again until a few seconds after the effects are completely gone.

The issue is reproduced the longer you stay in between the ocean and a coral reef while playing single player (non-realm) survival mode.
