Client crashes when teleporting to another world - Servers

I am owner of an small minecraft pocket edition server and have contact to many other server admins. We all are experiencing client crashes when teleporting players to other worlds. No matter which device. No matter if we use GoMint, PocketMine-MP or NukkitX. It happens while the chunks of the world telelported to are loading.

 

Id would be nice, if you fix this issue or publish a proper world changing packet in the next version.
