Broken spawner

Hey mojang I'm waiting to spawn skeletons and nothing spawns but I'm waiting and waiting but nothing happens even my world its in survival and mode its hard .so I restart my phone and nothing happens so I will report this no screenshot and no screen recorder because I have problems with it. So its for my beta or all beta.
