Trapped Chest Stays open after /tp command

This only happens when playing a map in co-op. Using a trapped chest over a command block that teleports a player very far away {example: -322 72 23 to 4148 88 67), the chest stays open and unusable after the first player is teleported. This makes it impossible for a second player to open the trapped chest and also be teleported.
