Movement issues in Minecraft PE on Windows 10

While trying to move there are times when the movement starts "vibrating", the controls become unresponsive and the avatar continue movement despite not pressing the keyboard controls. Happens the most while running but can affect walking as well, attempted to drop the Video setting to the lowest setting however the issue persists. See the start of the video attached
