Game Crashes frequently after loading up.

Everytime i open the app, the app loads... A few seconds later it suddenly closes. I restarted the app, then it crashes again.. When a player joined into a multiplayer world, the phone lags and the servertime speed on the top center of the screen reaches a value up to 500ms. ( My phone is : Xiaomi redmi 5 )
