Windows 10 version not properly updating skins unless re-launched.

When selecting a skin from my files, it will fail to update properly (in which it will prompt me to select a model for my already equipped skin) until I exit and re-launch the game itself. After relaunching, the skin I have selected via file will be equipped, along with the model that I selected from the prompt.
