MCPE-38566D-Pad Touch Controls not calibrated properly (up/down buttons).
Reproduction:
-Press the "up/down" buttons (within the lower half of both buttons on the touch screen D-Pad).
Doing so displays the buttons being "pressed" but the player doesn't move.
