Horse / Donkey / Mule Models reverts if the "Education Edition" toggle isn't enabled.

Reproduction:

 

-Use an existing world, or create a new one.

-Be sure to create an extra copy of said world with the "Education Edition" toggled on or off.

 

• <World> (without [EDU] enabled)
• <World> (with [EDU] enabled)

 

The first one does have the models changed.

The last one does not have the models changed.
