Crashes when applied a texture pack with size about 30 mb

I'm a texture pack maker and I noticed that if the texture size is about 30 mb or higher the game will crashed and exit after it applied. You can no longer open the game once it applied and should need to delete this texture in the minecraft folder to fixed.
