Always changing sensitivity after restarting the game

If I set my sensitivity to maximum and restart Minecraft Pocket Edition, it's always decreased a bit.

How to reproduce:

1. Set sensitivity to maximum in the graphic options
2. Close the app and restart it.
3. Go to the graphic options and see
