Screen suddenly points downward when I’m fighting mobs or placing blocks fast.

When I’m playing on my survival world I will be placing blocks quickly and the screen will suddenly point to the ground and I will place the block in the wrong spot and it also happens when I’m hitting things quickly which often gets me blown up by a creeper or killed in some way.
