Body Guard Achievement not unlocking

I have created 3+ Iron Golems on my Nintendo Switch and iPad (5th gen) and it never unlocked the achievement, I have tried it near a village, I have tried it in a village and I tried it no where near a village and none of it unlocked the achievement, and I’m logged in to Xbox Live on both devices
