Extreme perfomance drop after logging with Xbox account

The game worked fine before, no FPS drops.

 
Recently, i tried to play it, it's all normal until my Xbox account logs in, extreme fps drops start happening whenever the cursor is in the game screen, if i leave it there without doing anything it's fine, if i dare to move the cursor it just constantly freezes the game completely.

I need help with this, i can't play and it's getting me tired up...

HERE'S WHAT I'VE TRIED: Turning uPnP ON, Reinstalling Xbox Apps and Microsoft Store and Minecraft, Removing Minecraft UWP Files, Restarting Router, Restarting Computer and Making a new PC User, no one of these worked.
