My Armor disappeared and gave me an Absorbintion affect

Me & my friend we’re in the Nether and my Armor suddenly disappeared and it gave me the absorbation effect where you get 2 Gold Hearts so I tried logging in again and still had no Armor so will you please fix this because it’s really crazy and is definitely not meant to be there
