Skin glitch also the graphics gets messed

The bug makes me unable to change the skin not only that but also the graphics gets messed this does happen on my ZTE blade v6 plus I don't know if this happens on others devices I really appreciate if gets fixed the next update and here some screenshots that shows the bug
