Map got deleted by disconnect

I swear im literally screaming and dying inside,

Because there is no help and nothing in german so i

So what happend?

1) im building over months a creative map, it was

Huge, with command blocks and and and. Today came a new update on xbox one. It should fix some issues or bugs that break the game. WELL GOOD job, it still crashes... Anyway i was building my xbox shut down and i was confused. After it started automaticly and minecraft was again on. So i wanted to build again and the map is gone!! What the.. How!? Why!? How can I get it back!? Im so frustrated. Loading old maps, nothing. It isnt there. I have no idea what happend
