Minimizing starts lag

Hi! I have a bug with Minecraft: Windows 10, what happens is when i minimize minecraft to look something up it starts to lag like crazy and i can only fix it by restarting my computer. I have a good computer. If i had a world with 1000 entities, my computer could probably handle it. 👎😕
