[Fixed in 1.13] No sound when drinking potions and milk

Seed: Coastal Village (-1813740965); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world created after Beta v 1.5.0.

When drinking a potion, there is no sound. Minecraft Audio Setting is on the maximum. This bug appears to have been introduced with V. 1.8.0.10 Beta. It was not a problem in V. 1.8.0.8.

Version 1.12.0.6 no sound when drinking.
