Pressing Cancel when trying to join a featured server causes the server to show as a LAN game

After being thrown off with my previous report, when I accidentally clicked on Cubecraft I tried to back out and once I did the same server appeared as a LAN game, I have noticed this with almost every featured server which means that it is not a problem with the servers themselves.

This is how I reproduced the issue:

• Sign in to Xbox Live (servers don't work unless you are signed in)
• Select an affected partner server
• While the screen says "Locating server" click Cancel
• Go to the Friends tab
• The server is showing as a LAN game for a short time:
