Slimes won't spawn in slime chuck after I updated to version 1.7.0

The game has just updated to 1.7.0 and I've been building a smile farm in a smile chuck for the past 4 days, while digging the slimes were spawning and I got around 12 stacks of slimes. I've just turned my console on again and I noticed there are no slimes at all not a single one, no matter where I'm standing. The update has broken it. Please fix it
