Visual Glitch

So I have this strange glitch on my pc that affects Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and videos.
Basically when I look around the sky copies what I've seen in a really weird way (Attachment).
Videos are black with white blocks on all 4 corners. When I scroll it, again, copies what I've seen.
I couldn't find anything about this glitch. Am I the only one or is it a very common thing?
And how do I fix it?
