Skeleton Horses gradually lose health and die for no reason

This has been reported before, and it was supposedly "resolved," but the issue is still there. My friends and I are playing on a Realm and we've had 5 or 6 skeleton horses slowly lose all their health and die, with no way for us to stop it.
