Scaffolding Flickers in hand and as an item drop

The top of the scaffolding block will flicker between a lighter and dark color when rendered as an item drop or in a players hand.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get some scaffolding in your inventory.
2. Hold it in your hand or drop it.
3. Notice the flicker.
