[MCPE-38029] Cannot make Dirt Path blocks under Fence Gates

I was making a path on my ranch and I can't convert the "grass" on "dirt path" below of "gate fence" but I can place a "gate fence" on a "dirt path". Maybe it is not a bug so needs add it.

When a grass block is under a fence gate, it won't let me make it become a dirt path. But if I remove the fence gate, I can make it a dirt path and then put the fence gate back on it and it will stay a dirt path.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place fence gate on a grass block
2. Use a shovel on the grass block
3. Does nothing

Workaround:
4. Remove fence gate
5. Use shovel on the same block
6. Place fence gate
7. Fence gate on dirt path
