Entities Disappearing within a small area.

Entities are disappearing in a certain area around my base. The entities were beds, villagers, chests, boats, minecarts, and hoppers. I can still hear all the villagers and the minecarts but can not interact with any of them. When I go to interact with a chest, bed or hopper it crashes my game.
