My settings and my account management on Xbox and MCPE is normal but I can't invite friends to my world and I can't connect to my friends world and play online on servers

I tried reloging in but still won't work and when I join party's on Xbox live it's just keeps saying connecting and then the party just crashes this is new glitch that Is happening to my account and couple other people please help fix
