Pov flipping

Pov flips so that the camera suddenly points to the ground, sky or flips 180 degrees. The flipping happens especially when hitting (fighting). I think it also can happen when just moving around. This makes fighting hard and really needs to be fixed. Issue has been since 1.6(? The update with the phantom).
