No Available Update and Can't Play with Friends

Game says i'm an outdated client when trying to join a multiplayer game, but won't let me download latest version. Uninstalled and re-installed it but downloads v1.6.1 hot fix only. Meanwhile I can't invite or join friends because they have v1.7.0.9. _acc gamertag - Emery XV
