Can't control in game because of a controller glitch

When in lobby (main menu) I can control but the controller tooltips pop up I can control but when in a world it continues and the only thing I can control is the hot bar nothing else... I've tried reaching installing but still no luck.. Once wanted to play with a controller but since it was a PS4 one (yes PS4) it dint work properly... After that it was working but then I din't play for a long time it popped up (PS. Plz add PS4 controller support even tho its Sony not u guys at Microsoft)and also plz try to fix this asap as I can't play with my friends anymorw
